Pavel Grachev was a Russian Army general from 1992-1996 and also the Defence Minister of the Russian Federation during this time. He was sacked for military incompetence in 1996 during the First Chechen War for ordering tanks to storm the streets of Grozny in late 1995. He was sacked by Boris Yeltsin in July 1996. He died in 2012 from meningoencephalitis.

His phrenology appears to be Starchild with added occipital mass. He appears to have had a freakishly broad head. I think he has a Starchild face as well, with some socket depth.

Also, eerily similar to Klaus Barbie in some ways: en bombe cranium, narrow, beak-like nose (at least when older), wide face and skull, military authority and maybe other traits I can't put my finger on.

The downward predatory angle on his nose is extreme.

Agree with Ko. Bigtemp would ovveride occ inhibitions, translating loosely to nationalism trumping ethical inhibitions regarding violence. Still need to have temps integrated into KM to be able to have an elegant rationalization in terms of loyalty to population scale.

Disagree on socket depth, he has a prominent forehead.

I've suggested that Eastern Europe (among other places) has higher than average rate of starkid expression. You're providing lots of backing evidence of that, so thanks.

I'm sort of wondering if Grachev's skull would look similar to Leibniz's under the flesh. I think they more or less have the same cranial shape.

Also, another picture of Grachev that gives a clear front view of his face:

Starchildren have interesting jaws due to the effects on the temporalis muscle of enlarged temporal lobe and thus temporal bone. It clearly gives strength, but given that the center of the chin isn't especially affected I don't know if it translates to aggression.
