I strongly suspect Trump Jr of having some occ, but those wide-angle photos also stretch the edges.

Can't really tell what's under the wig, honestly. Also, portraits from the 18th century and earlier are notoriously unreliable.

For earlier historical periods, you can compare portraits of people to their death masks in order to assess the accuracy of the portraits; though, you don't need portraits in order to determine facial morphology if you have death masks.
